Is a limited company established at the crossroad of the country's increasing demand for professional skills needed to support the increasing interest in horticulture investment in the country. CIH has its offices located at Salima Boma with its training centre situated at Chikumba village in TA Kalonga, Salima district, about 15 kilometer's from Salima Boma following Nkhotakota Road and just about 150 meters of Salima-Nkhotakota Road going to the East. The company intends to establish a state of the art training centre where technologies for improved horticulture production will be taught and demonstrated. The company’s trainings are ATVET and CBTA fashioned based aimed at skill development

Our Business Model

We seek to offer a complete value chain based business model that provide solutions across horticulture value chains. After training, our graduates implement their business plans in groups or as individuals. CIH goes beyond training to support ground establishment of their horticultural enterprises through equipment and input support as well as providing Business Development Services for viable business growth. The relationship ends by CIH signing market contracts as an immediate off-taker of all produce produced by its graduates which is sold in CIH’s market outlets.
